20 Things People Over Should Stop Doing

Here are 20 things people over 20 should stop doing. And believe me, I’ve been guilty of most of them.

1. Playing video games instead of looking for a job.
- Video games can be extremely fun, but those games can sure take up a lot of valuable time that could be spent on more important areas of life. There is nothing wrong with playing them, as long as you balance the time needed for school, work, and other important aspects of life.
2. Spending money you don’t have.
- Credit cards may seem like an easy way to pay for things you really want, but in the long run they could really hurt you if not properly used. Stick to cash, debit, or checks. This may seem old-school, but they will definitely help you manage your money.
3. Using the term “YOLO.”
- Simple. Please stop using it.
4. Only going to church to find a relationship.
- Not only will you hurt yourself in the long run, but you will also be selfishly taking time away from a man or woman who is seeking after God’s wisdom and guidance. You can most definitely find a great relationship at church, but don’t make that your only reason for attending.
5. Citing “-Google” on a college paper or work presentation.
- It’s not a valid citation, and it could get you in some  trouble.
6. Thinking you know it all.
- Nobody want’s to spend time around a know-it-all. Walk in a posture of learning, and embrace every opportunity to gain new knowledge and wisdom.
7. Dating with no vision.
- You’re confusing your heart, and hurting the hearts of others.
8. Demanding respect before you’ve earned it.
- Don’t get prideful. Learn to scrub the floors before you ask to manage the building. Don’t let self entitlement get the best of you.
9. Waiting until the last minute to do things.
- Stop procrastinating. Teach yourself to diligent in all circumstances. Not only will this help you in your day to day life, but it will always help you set yourself up for the future.
10. Getting into arguments over social-media.
- No body wants to see your drama on their news feed. Keep it to yourself and the people involved. Handle each situation in a mature and honorable manner.
11. Blaming others for your own mistakes
 - Drop your pride. Accept your failures. Learn from your mistakes. You will learn a lot from the process.
12. Relying on your mother and father to always bail you out of trouble.
- Learn to take care of yourself instead of always relying on your mother and father. They aren’t always going to be around to help you.
13. Calling off work for no reason.
 - You aren’t doing anyone a favor by calling off. Learn to be responsible, and value that job someone else in the world wishes they had.
14. Ignoring wisdom from people who are older than you.
- You don’t know everything. Take time to learn from people who having been living longer than you.
15. Thinking minimum wage is worse than no job at all.
- Don’t believe the lie that money is everything. Any job is a good start. Give your full attention to any job, no matter the pay.
16. Pretending like you didn’t know any better.
- Purposeful ignorance will only get you so far. Own up to your mistakes and take each failure as an opportunity to learn.
17. Using the excuse, “I’m too young.”
- You’re never too young. There is always room for you to succeed when hope is on your side. Have faith in yourself and the gifts God has given you.
18. Living in the moment, instead of planning for the future.
- Be diligent and plan for the future. Give yourself some goals, dreams, and future aspirations. Give yourself something to wake up for in the morning.
19. Giving up before you start. Stop making excuses.
- Excuses won’t get you anywhere. Better to try and fail then to regret never trying. At least you will learn something.
20. Being Passive
- If you don’t stand for something, you’ll eventually fall for anything.
No one is perfect, and these points are all things I myself have once struggled with or been witness of.

5 Questions to Check Out an MLM/Network Marketing Opportunity

1. Who is your upline?

2. What is the product?

3. When will you start actually making money?
Kasi it takes months or even years para dumepende ka nalang jan at iwan mo na ang trabaho mo. Habang nagsisimula ka palang, magandang meron kading other source of income para hindi ka mahirapan. Kailangan gawin mo siya part-time, 4-5 hours after work or depende sa sched mo para mabuild mo yung business ayon sa kagustuhan mo.

4. How were you recruited?

5. Why are you doing this?

16 Tips on how Successful People Think

Here are some of the 16 Tips from the book of "How Successful People Think" by John C. Maxwell.

1.Thinking is a discipline. If you want to be better at it, you've got to work at it

Thinking is a discipline. If you want to be better at it, you've got to work at it     Consider developing a thinking schedule like Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy, who sets aside a  half day
every two weeks, a whole day every month, and two or three full days every year.

2. Figure out where you need to focus your energy, and then use the 80/20 rule

Figure out where you need to focus your energy, and then use the 80/20 ruleDevote 80% of your energy to the most important 20% of your activities. Remember that you can't be everywhere, know everyone, and do everything. And avoid multitasking: it can cost you 40% efficiency.

3. Smart thinkers expose themselves  to different ideas and types of people

Smart thinkers expose themselves to different ideas and types of people
They're also selective about spending most of their time with people who challenge them.

4. It's one thing to have an idea, another to follow through

It's one thing to have an idea, another to follow through
"Ideas have a short shelf life. You must act on them before the expiration date."

5. Thoughts need time to develop. Don't just settle on the first thing that comes to mind

Thoughts need time to develop. Don't just settle on the first thing that comes to mind
Remember the last time you had a brilliant idea at 2 a.m., but it sounded sort of ridiculous when you woke up the next morning?
Thoughts need to be "shaped until they have substance" and need to stand the test of "clarity and questioning."

6.Smart people collaborate with other smart people

Smart people collaborate with other smart people
Thinking with others yields higher returns. It's like giving yourself a shortcut. That's why brainstorming sessions are so effective.

7.Reject popular thinking (which often means not thinking at all)

Reject popular thinking (which often means not thinking at all)
Too many people act, hoping that others have thought things through first.
To reject popular thinking you must be OK with feeling uncomfortable. Also remember that right now, there are a bunch of other people out there deciding to think for themselves -- and they're the ones who are successful.

8.The best thinkers plan ahead, while leaving room for some spontaneity

The best thinkers plan ahead, while leaving room for some spontaneity
When you're strategic, you reduce your margin of error. Simply having vague ideas of where you are and what you want to accomplish will get you no where.
The keys to being strategic: 1. break the issue down, 2. ask why the problem needs to be solved, 3. identify the key issues, 4. review your resources, 5. put the right people in place.
Henry Ford once said, "Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into smaller parts."

9.To think differently, do different things

To think differently, do different things
Try new routes to work, meet new people, read books you might even consider boring. The key is exposure to new ideas and ways of life.

10. To appreciate others' ideas, you need to value other ideas

To appreciate others' ideas, you need to value other ideas
You can't think you're always right. Give other concepts a chance.

11. Have an agenda -- for the day, and when you meet with people

Have an agenda -- for the day, and when you meet with people
Too many people only plan for the day. Smart thinkers take time to plan out their weeks, months, and long-term goals -- and then they follow through.
They also don't walk into meetings, parties and coffee dates blind. They decide what they want to learn from people before walking through the door.

12. Reflective thinking gives you perspective and confidence in your decision-making skills
Reflective thinking gives you perspective and confidence in your decision-making skills

If you're not reflecting, it's holding you back more than you think.
As Socrates said, "An unexamined life is not worth living."

13.Get over negative self talk. Winners think in terms of "I will" and "I can"

Get over negative self talk. Winners think in terms of "I will" and "I can"
Smart people don't see limitations. They see possibilities.
Former baseball star Sam Ewing once said that "nothing is so embarrassing as watching someone do something that you said could not be done."

14. Creative people are dedicated to ideas

Creative people are dedicated to ideas
They embrace ambiguity, don't fear failure, and hang out with other creative people.

15.Naturally optimistic people find it hard to be realistic thinkers

Naturally optimistic people find it hard to be realistic thinkers
Elizabeth Bogner
A realistic perspective allows you to get close enough to a problem in order to tackle it. Facing potential consequences also helps you be more efficient, and it gives you credibility.
To become a more realistic thinker, you must:
1. appreciate the truth,
2. do your homework and get the facts,
3. think through the pros and cons,
4. consider the worst-case scenario, and
5. align your thinking with your resources.

16. At the end of the day, it's important to remember we can all change the way we think

At the end of the day, it's important to remember we can all change the way we think
"Learning how to master the process of thinking well leads you to productive thinking. If you can develop the discipline of good thinking and turn it into a lifetime habit, then you will be successful and productive all of your life."

Remember to Reward yourself

Teka ano ibig sabihin nun??

New Year: 2014

First of all I want to greet everyone a Happy Happy NEW YEAR!!

New Challenges,
New Friends, New Opportunities, New Experiences, Better Relationships, Better Business and most important Better YOU than last year.

"What are your NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS for this 2014" Is the first question your friends and families
will likely to ask you. But if you would answer that question, what will you say to them?? Are you going to

do those or are you going to break them somewhere along 2014?

But me I'm going to ask to you "WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS THIS 2014"? "WHAT DO YOU WANT

TO ACHIEVE"? Because I believe your goals will determine your small actions to fulfill them. Doing

something because of NOTHING will eventually make you quit but doing something with a DEEP WHY will

KEEP YOU PUSHING until you reach and achieve your goal.

Do this before January ends...

WRITE ALL YOUR SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM GOALS FOR THIS YEAR...Goals that you REALLY REALLY want
Short term Goal = achievable within 3-4 months
Long Term Goal = achievable within 6-12months

Write ALL your short &long term goals for this year, I repeat..ALL

After you write them post them to a wall or a place where you can see them always to keep you motivated and reminded what you want to achieve this year.....

But if you want to test how strong your
ATTRACTION is, keep it in a place where you can not see them until you forgot that you wrote down your goals, after that Remind yourself where you hid it 6 hours before New year's eve and you'll be surprised that most of it CAME TRUE..:)
